In Miami, FL what works best as an iPad security app?

There's an app called "HidePad" that works pretty well both in Miami and several other cities in Florida where you have either 3G or Wi-Fi.It's an iPad security app that has government-grade encryption and supports private browsing. Being a regular traveler in the region, I've used it in many places across the state including Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Tampa.
